When you register yourself, family member or loved one with Call Alert Center, we will collect five types of information from you.
Contact information includes your name, address, email address, mobile number, and mobile provider. This information will be used only to get in contact with you. It will not under any circumstances be sold or used in any way for outside marketing purposes.
Financial information we need includes your credit card/debit card number and expiration date. This data is used only for billing purposes. It is direct and instantly transmitted to our credit-card merchant and is not stored at our site, so your financial security is assured.
Your identifying information consists of photos and physical description. You should fill out the registration form immediately so that we have all the information to send to law enforcement, your buddy list, and our mobile customers, in case of an emergency. Together, your photo and descriptive information comprise a profile we can use to create posters and get the message out electronically. Again, this information is secured by advanced technology to protect against any intrusion on your privacy.
The only time any information from our site may be disclosed to an outside entity is when we are compelled to do so by a court order, as part of legal or judicial proceedings.
If the management of the Call Alert Center changes, departing management cannot access, alter or withdraw your information from our records.
If the Call Alert Center as an entity is dissolved or sold, your information will remain stored in a secure form and will be transferred along with any other Call Alert Center assets and data. You will, however, be informed of such legal changes and will have ample opportunity to remove your data.
